Golf in Koh Samui

For a long time Samui lacked a gold course , but in the last 6 months the Santiburi course has opened. This is a championship course in the making with spectacular holes and views. Good news for good golfers, but not really for beginners and occasional players . This is not a cheap course either, by Thai standards, although those used to playing good courses in the shires may recognise the prices.

There is another course on the way, due in a couple of years, and maybe one more after that. In addition there is s gold driving range near Chaweng (behind the Bandon Hospital on the ring road)
